creating realistic bend or flex in hot worked collet finger

(OP)
We induction heat a Flex Seat so collet fingers are hot enough we can hot work to size. I don't know how to model this in Solidworks. I have attached a JPEG of a section view of the flex Seat. We don't even show it flared in our drawing. I want to draw this flared at fingers about their neutral axis until I reach 4.882 OD at tip of fingers.

Does anyone know how the best way to tackle this modeling problem? Of course I can simplify and make one part.

Any good resources on the web that could provide help?

Thanks

- CJ
