The concrete masons used needle vibratory and diverted the slurry too far from th place of drop.

You have not given enough information for our comments. Please describe the member size, the types and orientation of cracking, the concrete mix design, the temperature at time of placement and thereafter, the curing methods, etc. Why were the forms removed after only one day?

A photo or sketch would be helpful as well.
