How do i fix the problem with this edge?

(OP)
Hi I want to make a dependent mesh, but on one edge the surface goes over the edge and I get an error message when I try to make the dependent mesh. I tried to fix it with the "Merge face" and "Split face" commands, but it is always the same. Has anybody an idea what I can do?

RE: How do i fix the problem with this edge?

Hello!,
You can issue command "INSERT > MODEL CLEANUP > RESET" and restore abstracted poligon faces & edges to its original state, but you will see a request of "MESHING UPDATE" and if you repeat the meshing job the problem will appear again, then not room this way. What you need to do is to set at zero in meshing command the option "MODEL CLEAN OPTIONS" that try to remove small features during meshing using a "Small feaure Tolerance (% of element size)". Move the slider to value 0.000 and you are done, OK?

Best regards,
Blas.
