Hardness of SS316 parent metal, HAZ and Weld

As per ISO 15156-3 table A.2, hardness for Austenitic SS described in A.2 is 22 HRC. Is the value for the parent metal or the same hardness limit applies to HAZ and Weld as well? Thanks in advance!

RE: Hardness of SS316 parent metal, HAZ and Weld

As I understand it this is the max hardness for any and all locations.
And I would be scared of any values even close to it.
