(OP)
I'm working on a Piping Project where Teflon Coated Stud Bolts are to be used. However, our supplier offered us Fluoropolymer Coated Stud Bolts.

I would like to know whether Fluoropolymer Coating is equivalent to Teflon.

Please Advise?!

RE: Teflon Coated Stud Bolts

Just by going over the definition of PTFE, teflon and fluoropolymer (on Google) brings me to this. I think it may answer your question.

RE: Teflon Coated Stud Bolts

Teflon is a DuPont trademark for their fluoropolymers. There are several different types of fluoropolymers that are called Teflon.
