Activated Carbon Adsorption Column Estructural Design

(OP)
Greetings

Please, can someone guide me in this topic? I need to design the structure of an adsorption column, if I have defined the inflow of Liquid in the equip, the pressure of flow at the income nozzle, and the volume of activated carbon required, what else do I need for structuraly design the body of the equip? what standards would I use? It is ok to use ASME SEC VIII? The income of liquid is in the lower part of the column, and it internally has nozzles for flow acceleration.

Thanks a lot.
