SW valve and B16.11 pipe schedule or rating corelation

SW valve and B16.11 pipe schedule or rating corelation

(OP)
I noticed in one of our client specification where B16.11 rating was assigned to class 800 SW valves.

Example:Gate valve,SW class 800,6000

They have assigned class 6000 for pipe schedule 160 and lower.Class 9000 for Schedule XXS.

Is there any requirement to specify B16.11 class rating or pipe schedule for SW valves.Especially for Schedule XXS lines were corrosion allowance is higher.
