So with the new drawing border and title block creation tools in NX 9, I am updating my drawing templates to make them more modern and user friendly and consistent across all users. So I am following the example of the Siemens example template and using multiple tabular notes for the title block. The problem I have is how do you get them exactly perfect with the placement? I can't seem to snap the bottom corner of my tabular note to the corner of the drawing border etc.

RE: NX 9 - Aligning borders of tabular note to create title block

What's the width and height of the border? Set your title block origin to lower right corner then use a Dynamic Move, the dynamic WCS will snap to the lower right corner (or whatever corner you set it to in the Style dialog). You can then input the coordinates based on the size of your border - if you have an inner offset (for zones) figure out those dimensions and subtract from the border dimensions. Absolute zero is in the lower left corner of the sheet in case you need to zero out the title block first then move it the distances you require.

Wow thats pretty old school but it does the trick. Too bad you can't use the measure tool on the cell borders.
