ACI 314 Design Aid reference to Effective Moment of Inertia Flowchart

ACI 314 Design Aid reference to Effective Moment of Inertia Flowchart

ACI 314 Design Aid reference to Effective Moment of Inertia Flowchart

(OP)
I was reviewing a collection of reinforced concrete design aids published by ACI 314, specifically Design Aid J.1-15 "Approximate Eq. to Determine Immediate Deflection for Members Subject to Uniformly Distributed Loads." It references "Flowchart A.1-5.1" associated with the definition of Effective Moment of Inertia. I'm not sure where to find the flowchart referenced (ACI 314R-11 or another document?). It is not in the 28 or 29 page collection of Design Aids I have also found here ACI 314 Design Aid.

I'm curious if the flow chart is just a reformulation of ACI 318 9.5.2.3 and 9.5.2.4 or provides some additional insight or references another method of approximation than the Branson based equation. I may be chasing a rabbit back to 9.5.2, but when I see the word "Flowchart" I sure want to know where it goes!
