The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.

2520 Hours to build the W-32 = $4.29 per hour. I don't think that you could buy the W-32 for anywhere near $10,800
Put another way: 2520 Hours is 63 40 Hour weeks.
