Sync Manager

Sync Manager

Sync Manager

(OP)
Hello,

I have a proble with a single channel machine in NX, the cynematics and postprocessor are done by DMG.
The problem is when I try to simulate a turning operation, the tool is not standing in the required positin (B-axis will not index itself in the simulation).

I have Looked trough some help wideos, some tips from the Siemens website and trough samples in NX.

The only answer I could find is that I have to sync the toolpath in order to index B-axis. This has to be done regardless of the machine beeing one channel or multiple channels.

The problem is that I cannot start the sync manager. The error is quite clear about that "Failed to initialize synchronization manager. Initialization error"

Is there any solution as to how I can start the sync manager or is there another way to have a propper simulation ?

Thank you,

If you log a call with GTAC, they should be able to help you with this.
