Aeration Pressure Test - Registering a Line - >15 PSI - Alberta

Can someone please advise if a 36" aeration stainless steel aeration line has to be register if we pressure test (with air) >15 PSI, In Alberta.
The test is only for 1 hour and it is an outlet for Aeration Blowers

If it needs to be registered, how is this done?

RE: Aeration Pressure Test - Registering a Line - >15 PSI - Alberta

What is the design pressure of the line? What fluid does the line normally have in operation?

RE: Aeration Pressure Test - Registering a Line - >15 PSI - Alberta

(OP)
75 KPa, no fluid just pushing air through

RE: Aeration Pressure Test - Registering a Line - >15 PSI - Alberta

It is likely that the line is exempt from the regulations. I would engage the services of an engineer experienced in the application of the PESR to confirm that, though.
