NX8.5 Check-Mate question - checking components for modelled geometry

NX8.5 Check-Mate question - checking components for modelled geometry

(OP)
Hello,

I've been asked a question and I don't know if it's possible.

Can you use OOTB check-mate to check the piece parts in an assembly, to check whether they actually have modelled geometry?

There is a test that will report on items that are marked as "No UG Geom", so that is part of the way there.
But there are several ways to get things wrong in TC managed NX.

So what we need is a test that reports on:
- all components marked as No UG Geometry,
- AND, all piece parts added normally, that don't have any geometry in them
(as an alternative, this could check for all piece parts with no mass)
- AND, any items still sitting in "manage pending components" (optional as there is a warning on load)

Thanks in advance, Carl
