Could any of the experts tell me how to calculate the ventilation or exhaust rate with 100% outdoor air for a Backup Battery Room,  Air Compressor Room, and Automotive Paint Shops. Please base your answer on nationally or internationally known standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, …etc.

It is not that simple, Industrial Hygiene and Toxicology from F Patty cites   100cfm per square feet of area for sandblasting and painting. But the operator must be equiped with proper PPE.

You have to know the dimensions of the rooms, (volume), how many persons and what type of activity they are doing.
