motor terminal conecction for semihermetic compressor

(OP)
I need to replace a terminal conecction flange for a BLOCK brand compressor.
Original the conecction stud are sealed with melted glass, but I can not replace with a original one , first because it's cost and because it is on GERMAN and I'm in south america and I need it for tomorrow, it is summer here 35 to 38°C  all day
My intention is to make the same way old DUHAM-BUSH model 150PHF type F, semihermetic 6 cyl 15 TR for freon 22.
My doubt is what kind of , say rubber, can be used as sealing.
