how i can trnsfer the load from the cladding to the steel structure in Canopy design at roof
without doing it manual , means i need to add loads on area in sap and this area will transfer the load to the steel members without affecting the design of steel members , who i can do it .

Use dummy areas (with area section "None") and assign area loads with "Uniform to Frame (Shell)...".
Use "One-way" or "Two-way" distribution depending on the design of your roof structure. Usually cladding is supported on roof purlins so "one-way" distribution (directed to the purlins) seems the proper option.
