Multiple subscripts

Multiple subscripts

(OP)

Greetings all

After 40 + years of using BS4994 to design GRP (FRP) tanks and vessels, someone has persuaded EU that a new standard/code was required.

A problem with prEN13121-3 is the obsession with multiple subscipts...

I can use s plus g for sigma.

I can add a subscript, by using period after sigma.

I can add under-score for second subscript, and repeat for third subscript. So I can define and use.

Can anyone offer a more elegant solution for; sigma, subscript m, y and d.

I am using MathCAD 2000, which in my view is best MathCAD ever.

Thanks in advance.

Ed.
