CATIA V5 Sketcher Dimension Text Size

CATIA V5 Sketcher Dimension Text Size

CATIA V5 Sketcher Dimension Text Size

(OP)
Dimension text size in the CATIA V5 Sketcher is fixed.
How can I zoom in or out the text size while I zooming in or out the model?
And then how to modify the dimension text size in CATIA V5 Sketcher?

Can anybody help me, please?

RE: CATIA V5 Sketcher Dimension Text Size

There are several apps you can add to your computer that will let you zoom into an area on your screen. Great for presentations and/or teaching CATIA classes. ZOOMIT is the one that I use. Google it.

ZOOMIT magnifies the screen, and you get the lower resolution.
I want to zoom the catia screen after modifying dimension text appearance, such as thickness and font size, and capture the screen.
Can I do it?

RE: CATIA V5 Sketcher Dimension Text Size

I don't think that can be done with sketch dimensions (constraints).

The only workaround I can think of is to project the sketch geometry into a drawing view, add drawing dimensions and change the appearance of the drafting dimensions. I'm not sure that's worth all the effort.

RE: CATIA V5 Sketcher Dimension Text Size

drawing dimensions can be created automatically with proper options...
