i have acquired data of Islamabad, Pakistan. i have wet bulb and dry bulb temperatures, inlet and outlet temperatures at cooling tower. i am designing it for Middle eastern weather conditions.

1. we don't design film fill media in the consulting business, that's R&D.
2. You select media from cooling tower manufacturers. Google film fill media and there you have it.
3. In the future: be specific in your post - know that "middle east conditions" vary from hot and dry in Riyadh to hot and humid in Dubai and whatever Islamabad may be - giving actual db/wb goes much farther than just "middle east conditions".
