I need help determining how much should be allowable seal leakage.

Seal oil to ambient
Oil Mil-PRF-23699 (5mm**2/s synthetic ester base stock) Kinematic Viscosity @100 deg C =5.17, @ 40 deg C=25.26
Pressure 1800 psi
Seal Viton A, OD 5.395", ID 5.14"
Speed 1285 RPM
Balanced condition
