Looking for a pressure relief valve

Looking for a pressure relief valve

Looking for a pressure relief valve

(OP)
I am looking for a pressure relief valve. Specifics are 60 psig set pressure (4 bars), room temperature, air conditioned room, argon gas, about 100 scfm (2800 liters per minute). One particular requirement is that the sealing contact must be polished (preferably electroplated). In all relief valves I have come across, the sealing contact is between a softgood (teflon, viton, etc) and a machined surface. The machined surface seems to be too "leaky" for my high purity argon stream. Thanks.

RE: Looking for a pressure relief valve

You can try contacting Pentair, I think the J-Series by Crosby might work. If I remember correctly they have a metal surface.
