NX 9 - Drafting Hole Callouts

(OP)
I need help using the hole callout feature in drafting.

I have successfully used this tool (Radial Dimension > Method: Hole Callout) before, but now I'm trying to use it for a hole which sectioned in a view. The tool "works" in identifying the hole, letting me select it, but the leader line always jumps to the center line of the hole. I'd like the leader line to point to the edge of the hole (or the cosmetic thread line) but there does not seem to be a way to move the leader line. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to move the leader line?

Thanks!
