I am using a.d.t. 3 and autocad 2000.  Polylines are not ploting with thickness. Appear in drawing correctly but only 0 thickness on plot.

Don't know for sure but sounds like your line weight/pen settings for your plotter may be configured incorrectly. Use AutoCad help to walk you through this.

This is just a simple thing, but when you plot, is the PLOT WITH LINEWEIGHTS box checked on the PLOT OPTIONS area of the PLOT SETTINGS tab?
