.500 basic diameter. .125 p = the pitch, the 1.0L = the length of one full rotation of the lead.
the Lead / pitch = #starts

That's a small pitch.
I can't help you with anyone specific, but have you tried instrument makers?
RE: 8 Start .500 125P 1.0L Stub ACME 2G LH
That's the problem we stepped in quicksand.
No I have not but I will try to google them
Thanks

The finish can actually be better than having them produced on a thread milling machine.
However, the internal threads that you need may turn out to be the biggest problem.
Perhaps you could have them interpolated on a CNC mill.

good advice, we are doing that now I will keep you posted.
Thanks

Consider rotary broaching, both parts.

pitch dia .4562-.4418.
using the van keurren & vogal equations.
using .054 balls, meas. over three wires = .5262-.5144
using .0675 balls, meas. over 3 wires = .5854-5720
Thanks in advance.
