Average stress to produce rupture in 100K hrs (SA-516 Grade 70)

Dear members,

I need to know the average stress to produce rupture in 100.000 hrs for SA-516 Grade 70 carbon steel at 200 degrees F.
Can I select 20 ksi of page 24 (Table 1A of ASME II part D - 2013) and then divided by 0,67 (Favg, see Mandatory Appendix 1, page 922) to get the average stress for rupture in 100.000 hrs?

RE: Average stress to produce rupture in 100K hrs (SA-516 Grade 70)

Why are you concerned? At 200F the material is not in the Creep regime.
