1) What are the typical material of construction for Test Separators ?

2) I have always observed Carbon Steel with Glass Flake Coating. Can there be any other coating as GRE lining ?

3) Is Glass flake coating is not susceptible to damage due to abrasion ?

Above query is for production fluid...

Its depends on composition and process parameters. We are using now Carbon steel+3mm CA with Phenolic Epoxy lining for separators.
we used CS+cladding also.
