Do we need to consider same chloride content in water, gas and Oil outlet line from test separator for Material Selection ?

Though simulation shows gas phase in gas outlet but there can be water carryover in the phase.

Also about water outlet ?

I would. With a little water carryover, and some time with just gas, you could get a dried crust of salt. So the concentration may be even higher than before the separator.

If the chloride level is high, then the water and oil outlet can be lined with some non-metallic however Gas outlet will need an expensive CRA. is there any other solution then going for CRA ?

Nope. Unless this is easy to get to, and can be made in one flanged piece.
At a refinery, there is a 80-ft run of 5-chrome P5 carbon steel that they knew was corroding somewhat rapidly. So to save $$$, this line was installed in Sch80 [service pressure is 40 psi], and scheduled to be replaced in 10-years or less. [Outage based schedule]. Might work for you; use something that will give 5 to 10 years service and schedule a replacement.
Keep in mind that all of this planning is still guesswork - your fluid mix and temperature is not anybody else's, it is unique. So your problems [or lack of problems] will be unique too. Make your best judgment, build it, and then watch it - NDT on a scheduled basis; keep that up until you get a feel for the mechanism(s) and time-to-failure.
