In a substation with transformers, feeder rows and a control room, how would you explain the difference between load relief, load shedding and load stripping?

Have you Googled the terms yet, or done any other sort of Internet search? Some evidence that you've tried to find information on the topic and have come up short would help those of us who might otherwise think you're looking to have someone else do your homework for you...
