Strange thing happening with Batch PDF code

I finally had a moment to try this journal code, since my leader isnt working today ) It does seem to work, but there are a couple things happens that I dont understand.

1) When in TeamCenter, even if I choose a folder to export the PDF files to, it still automatically places them directly to "My Documents".

2) When I open a tool on NX9, the first time I run this journal, it only creates one or two PDF files. It seems it only creates a PDF for the main assy and maybe one component. Sometimes only the main assy. But if I delete the files it created and run it again, it will then create PDF's for all files with DWG sheets.

Neither of these are a huge deal. They are easy enough to live with. But if it is a simple change to fix either or both of these problems, it would be appreciated.

Another thing I noticed that is not a problem but I was wondering if it is easy to change, is that it will run PDF files for ALL files with drawing sheets. How hard would it be to make it only create PDF for files that start with particular letters? Like MA & MB. This would allow us to create PDF files for only files we create and not for all of the standard components from NAAMS and other companies.

Again, none of these are extremely important. the code works and it would be easy enough to just run it twice or delete the files we do not want. But if it is not difficult to fix these problems, it would definitely be better.
