That is just a trip unit, are you looking for a wiring diagram?

Dear ZogZog

We have 4 unit of this Circuit breaker 2500 A , it is connected with Generators " 4 units " . since 1 week we got the 4 units broken, the Breaker broken at open position, and lever operating the gear set not latching and charging the gear to close the breaker.

We are looking for a drawing showing to us how to disassemble the breaker , then we can reach charging mecahnizim " mechanical set of gears , latch and levers " , we might be able to fix the breaker since the cost of replacement is 5,000 USD.

Regards;

Tarek

Again, that is a trip unit type not the breaker type, I am guessing you have the old EMAX breakers? They are not designed to be repaired and ABB won't sell you parts, you can only buy complete operating mechs to replace which will cost you almost as much as a new breaker. This reference is about as close as you will come to what you are looking for.
