PDMVault, vault error 0/failed to initialize grid errors,

Ok, here's the situation at work. We've been using Solidworks PDM for a number of years now. But just this year, we started having issues with the two errors mentioned on the title of this thread. On top of that, when checking out a assembly model or drawing, it's not checking out the associated part files. Nothing from out end was changed as far as procedures go. We had this same issue happen a few months ago, the culprit, according to our vendor and IT, was first, making sure we had our users and server on the same SP, and second to turn off the firewall on our server. So now this issue has popped up again and according to our IT dept, firewall is still off on the server and everyone is on the SP.

Anyone else run into this situation before?

RE: PDMVault, vault error 0/failed to initialize grid errors,
