Unable to edit Snippets in workbench

Unable to edit Snippets in workbench

(OP)
Hello,
I've got an odd problem. I'm using a command snippet in workbench for some post processing of a thermal analysis.
For some reason after a while ANSYS won't let me edit the snippet, generally I can run the solution a few times and am able to edit the snippet. After a while it will no longer let me edit the snippet, generally after a successful solve. I can click on and view the snippet, highlight text etc. but can not make changes to anything contained within it.
If I create a new snippet I can copy the contents of the old snippet into it, mess around reparametering things etc. and it will then work for a while.
If I duplicate the old snippet I can not edit it.
I've tried clearing all generated data etc. to see if this has an effect. I've rebooted the computer a few times but nothing has worked. It seems to have locked the snippet.
I'm using V14, earlier today I had a problem with the Pre-Load the Mechanical and Mesh Editors in Workbench which lost me some work. I've now turned these off so I do not believe they should be a part of the problem.
I'm using a lot of parameters and arguments within the snippet, I'm wondering whether this is getting ANSYS confused.
Has anyone had a similar problem or knows a fix?
Thanks
