How to do a simple OD turning operation?

(OP)
How to do simple OD turning operation with machining both sides of the part in 2 clamping.
In first setup, I set WCS (G54), and machined rough longitudinal (green surface pic. 1 and 2), the tool comes nicely from the right side of the part where I set home position and tool change position. Then I need to turn around part a clamp machined side -green,and machine yellow, I here comes the problem.
If I set another operation the part machined in the first operation disappears (pic. 3). How can I use part from the first operation with saved and updated stock for the second operation?
If I change the axis in the first operation (and I want to set G55) and to machine opposite side of the part of the first setup (yellow surface), tool comes from the left side (pic. 4), like it's connected still with the first setup, how can I change this, and make to come like in first pass,.
Thank you!
