It exist any equation to calculate fouling factors? In particular I am interested to the case of demineralized water in closed loop at low pressure and a temperature around 50-70 °C. Thanks.

Fouling factors are determined through experience based on the fluid, the temperatures, the type of exchanger and the cleaning routine/philosophy. Your best bet is to find a table of them in a good heat transfer text or a company standards manual.
