Lost NX icons

(OP)
Hello everyone,
I tried to upgrade from NX 8.5 to NX 9, but our Window server is not up to date, so we cant run NX 9. Anyway after uninstall NX 9 i lost ability to use this function(please see attached) in window explore. my Pc is running by Window 7.Sometime i want to view picture of file in extra large icons before open it up.
Does anyone know how to get this back?

Thank you for your help.

Jims

RE: Lost NX icons

Yes, unfortunately when you uninstall NX it will end this behavior. You'll need to install NX again to get it back. There might be a way to 'hack' Windows to make it work without doing a full install, but I don't know how to do it. Perhaps someone else knows if there's a way.

Thanks to all for the advice and suggestions.

RE: Lost NX icons

What you do is go Add-remove programs, find NX in the list, select and press the Repair option.
I had exactly the same issue two days ago after uninstalling the NX10 Beta. Fixed.

Tomas
