Stress/Strain Variations in hot rolled and cold formed Steel.

(OP)
Hello all!

I am currently under taking my 4th year project involving the differences the use of hot rolled and cold formed steel exhibit on the structural stability of portal frames.

To perform the analysis I am using finite element modeling software ABAQUS and starting to model, although I've hit one snag! I cant seem to find any resources explaining the different stress/strain variations for the two material properties for plastic modelling.

If anyone has any advice on how to achieve these values or for further analysis in general it would be much appreciated!

Dyllan
