URGENT-Restart not working

(OP)
I am receiving the following error when I try to restart a job that failed due to a license update over the holidays. This is a problem I have never had so I am unsure how to format the restart input file.

***ERROR: NEW STEP DATA IS MISSING FROM THE INPUT FILE WHEN *RESTART OPTION IS
USED. NEW STEP DATA MUST BE DEFINED.

My restart input file contains only the text below.

*Restart, read, step=1

I need to input the step data to ensure that the analysis continues exactly as it did prior. I have listed the original step information below.

** STEP: Step-1
**
*Step, name=Step-1, nlgeom=YES
*Dynamic, Explicit
, 7.
*Bulk Viscosity
0.06, 1.2
** Mass Scaling: Semi-Automatic
** Whole Model
*Fixed Mass Scaling, dt=5e-06, type=below min

Thank you for your help.

I have also attached the original input file for reference. (I have removed the model data to save size)

RE: URGENT-Restart not working

I input the step, boundary and history information and have managed to get the solver to complete pre.exe.

The file now fails on the packager however with the error "Abaqus/Explicit has encountered an internal error". Any ideas?
