NAMUR switches for postion feed back

We have purchsed dsome actuated valves from Bettis with topworks posititon indicator
as pr the DS the open/ close limit switches are NAMUr type and certification EEXd

It dosent specift if it is SPDT or proximity type

do we have namur std switch in SPDT

or we need to buy Initiator tester 1-1350 and barrier in DCS panel?

RE: NAMUR switches for postion feed back

If the Limit switches are Ex d Certified, you do not need barriers unless they are in Zone 0.
With NAMUR type, I assume they are proximitor types, need 24 Vdc supply and have none- isolated output. Check the drawing and instructions you got with the actuator or take the Topwork P.N and look for the instructions at the web.
