Bysoft 5.3 puls cutting

Bysoft 5.3 puls cutting

Bysoft 5.3 puls cutting

(OP)
We are using Bysoft 5.3 for Bystar 4020 btl 3000.
We have never cut with puls, because we doesnt have any instructions for it.
When we are cutting smaller holes it is a problem I know that with puls cutting it would be
better but don't know how to do it.
Is it posibble if on one cutting piece we have several piercings that on of them be done with puls piercing with puls cutting, and the rest with regular piercing and cutting?
Do someone have some tutorial on this?

RE: Bysoft 5.3 puls cutting

I can't recall the M-code for pulse piercing but I usually just use notepad to open the LCC file and add the correct M-code at the first M4 where you want to pulse pierce and then add the code to shut it off at the M5 where you wish to cut normally. If you have the old bysoft manual you will find a code list inside.

If it sounds like bacon frying while piercing,it's piercing correctly.
