Cut condition photos for good and bad cuts and what causes them

Cut condition photos for good and bad cuts and what causes them

(OP)
We have an STX 510 Mark 3 Mazak laser. I would like to see some photos of good cuts and bad cuts and what causes them. We cut anywhere from 10 gauge cold rolled steel to 20 gauge cold roll. We also cut some stainless up to 7 gauge. I am having problems with Dross on the bottom of the cuts for 10 gauge cold roll. It shows up on all four sides so I know it's not a centering problem. We have centered, made sure the lens is clean and adjusted focus. It seems to cut 14 and 16 gauge just fine.

LaserNinja has posted this file a few times, it has lots of nice pictures and advice.
