I just got a new computer with Windows 8 and now I can't plot.
It is 64bit and I am running NX 8.5.1.3
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Sorry,
We are plotting to a Xerox 6204 wide format.
Let me know if you need more.
Thanks.

RE: Win 8 Plotting

Do you even see the printer on the new computer?
Do you still have the old one or access to it?

Did you copy across the plotter config directory from the old to the new?

The old computer would have had the variable UGII_SDI_SERVER_CFG_DIR set to point to the plotter config that was working.
You would have to copy that to the new system and set the variable to point to it.

If you don't have the old computer then you will need to start over to get the configuration working.
