Transmission Footing Resistance/ Lightning Performance in high soil resistance area

Transmission Footing Resistance/ Lightning Performance in high soil resistance area

(OP)
Has anyone performed Transmission tower/pole footing resistance calculations?
I have performed some calculations following equations specified in the EPRI red book and the EPRI guide for transmission Line Grounding.

The transmission line I am designing is in an area with very high soil resistivity, in the 650 ohm-meter magnitude.
What methods are typically used when encountering high soil resistivity?
What standards are used to determine or justify such reasoning?

all input is appreciated
thank you.
