Why is it failing?
Lack of water?

its failure cause of misalignment
and
then its create wear in carbon thrust pad surface
so its will be fail.
i decide change material properties
so i can know best material for thrust pad

Fix the misalignment is the easiest solution as changing materials won't overcome the initial problem.
