Disappearing Text

(OP)
For the past few months we've been struggling with an issue where the text disappears from the model tree in CATIA. We've been in contact with our CATIA support reps and so far they don't know what causes it and have never seen it happen before. I was wondering if anyone on here has seen the issue before and might have a possible fix. Our graphics cards are Quadro K2000's with the latest supported drivers and we have it happen on 2 out of 5 machines. We've tried messing with deleting all CATSettings, uninstalling completely, drivers for the graphics cards and settings on them but still nothing other than a temporary fix when we delete all CATSettings or change something. See the attached image of the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is causing major issues with communication.
