Partial Penetration

Partial Penetration

(OP)
Hi,Everyone,
can you pls help me,myself sreerag, engaged in a dewatering company,we need to know how partial penetration in a unconfined acquifier is calculated,we have the soil investigation report, then permebability,D10 value,we are taking the formula as Q=3.14K(H*2-hw*2)/ln(Ro/rs),we have CIRIA report also, but till now we searched in google, etc but a accurate formula to find partial penetration and consolidated settilement is not available to us,if we got then we can make a more accurate value, the other thing is that by the above formula also, when the actual pumping starts from deepwell, the discharge rate is changing,so dear geotechs,we are very pleased if ur valuable comments may help us to reach some what correct values.
with regards
sreerag
