breaking 1200mm concete to install new foundation

Am looking at a foundation design for a 24metre long / 4 metre wide metal working machine inside an existing workshop. Site investigation has revealed only limited information to to the presence of foundry waste material including very large pieces of clinker (Geo contractor not happy due to damaged to his equipment)This waste may go down to 5 metres below ground level.
In addition, the "floor" of the workshop appears to be a modernish 300mm slab overlaying old concrete and with cores to date showing thickness of between 600mm and 1200mm. We can not get sufficient information to categorize the capacity of the existing floor and the possibilities of piling through or grouting beneath would be severely limited by the clinkers etc. Has anyone ideas of how to breakout the very significant thickness of existing concrete, bearing in mind we are inside an active workshop.

Chinese dynamite (expansive grout). I actually only just heard about this product yesterday regarding a similar demolition of a 24 inch thick slab inside a turbine-generator building. Apparently it's expensive but a great way to rapidly demolish thick concrete without disturbing the surrounding area.
