CBC 2013

CBC 2013

(OP)
Hi,

I am bit confused on the structural tests, inspections, and observation tables that need to be on the drawings. In CBC 2010 the masonry and steel table came from table from the CBC, but now it looks like CBC 2013 refers to the steel manual and ACI 350 (masonry) for the specs of those tables.

Am I correct?

Thank You

JO

RE: CBC 2013

Yes. This is not just a California Code issue. It is the same in the 2012 IBC. It may help to look at the old chapter 17 when reviewing AISC 360 and deciding what to include in the construction documents.
