Main Air Pressure Down??

Main Air Pressure Down??

Main Air Pressure Down??

(OP)
i keep getting the Alarm 2100 Main Air Pressure Down but our air pressure is fine, it wil pop this alarm up a couple of times per sheet and i have to disconnect the airline to clear it..............any one ever run into this issue???????

RE: Main Air Pressure Down??

If you have over 60 psi and you still get the alarm, you may need to replace the pressure sensor for that. You could check for loose electrical connections at sensor. Are you sure your air source is able to keep up? We had to add an air compressor when we got our Amada because the Nitrogen Generator demands a lot of air flow all by itself. Add the dust collector and you have a good amount of demand with this one machine. We run two Kaesers, an SM10 and an SX7.5 at 125 psi which solved our issues.

RE: Main Air Pressure Down??

What machine is it? i know on our amada it has a pressure sensor where the air comes in and that has a small adjustment screw for setting the pressure of the sensor and it also has a light on it when the sensor is on.
so you might just be able to adjust it to get the alarm to go away.
