how can I show the command bar (down in the middle of screen) in NX 9 when I press (Enter or exist screen mode) button which can be found down in the right of screen like NX 8 to make the screen larger

Are you referring to the ALT key ?

I believe he wants to work in Full Screen mode with the "tabbed" bar at the bottom of the screen.
