Software for Preparing Inspection Documents

(OP)
Hi All

I am looking for some software which can ease my work for report making.

After inspection we are generating separate reports like UT, LPI , MPI, Hardness , PMI ( Positive material Inentification ) , Weld Sheet.

Currently we are working in Excel and every time we have to do the entry of fixed inputs as well as variables.

We are looking for some software which may ease our job and we can limited the entry of fixed inputs and also the inputs of variables will be limited. Specially the steel manufacturing mills are using such software but our reporting includes 6-9 pages.

Please help or any idea if you have any....

Any link or sample copy is available then let us know
